Javier Rivershaw

Jay of a few trades, master of none.

Javier “J.” Rivershaw is a spaniard from Al-Ándalus based in vibrant Brighton, UK. His robotics engineering background and career shines through his artwork, which is as eclectic as his wide range of interests. Entrepreneur, passionate environmentalist and anti-capitalist investor, he has played with art since a kid, mainly with illustration and drawing, performing theatre, filming and photography.

His artwork submerges the viewer into a blend of surrealism and conceptualism, inside a parallel universe not too different to the one we live in. His drawings are full of message, colour and wit. Outside of this bio, he doesn’t normally speak about himself in the third person.
