Ellen Cairns

Ellen is a graduate in Mural and Stained Glass from Glasgow School of Art and a post graduate in Theatre Design from The Slade in London.
She has spent several years as a freelance theatre designer in this country and abroad.
She has recently set up Brighton based “MIRRAGE” which combines her passion for large works and theatrical sparkle!
Based around favourite iconography from the sixties to the present day, the works feature large suspended sequins in a variety of sizes and finishes. Best suited to large walls and viewed from a distance, they make excellent statement pieces for the home or hospitality venues.
