LP006 – Pepper

This piece celebrates an iconic moment in pop and rock history. Where arguably the worlds greatest ever band pioneered a new approach in music production and recording. Sgt. Pepper was a psychedelic master piece and the vibrant cover that Peter Blake designed for the trailblazing concept album remains an iconic album cover to this day. Created from an original oil painting and developed into a 9 colour screen print (CMYK halftones with 5 spot colours & colour drips individually hand pulled) it’s fitting that my most ambitious scene print to date features this epic oeuvre!
