Based on the Essex/London border John first started cutting paper in a creative way back in 2018 having been inspired by the usual sight of some three-dimensional paper sculpture owned by Lance Armstrong.
Based around the ancient practise of Kirigami which usually involves cutting a design into a single sheet of paper John has taken this a step further by adding layers and space between allowing for more play with light and shadows, whilst combing a love of geometric design and a background in mathematics to make these unique durable hand cut paper wall sculptures.
